21 Feb 2009 - While addressing the
Maltese Community in Victoria, Melbourne, the President
recalled his first visit to Australia thirty two years back.
In this last State Visit, accompanied by Mrs Fenech Adami
and Deputy Prime Minister Tonio Borg, The President said
that the Maltese community has contributed to the welfare of
Australia, kept their Maltese identity and many of them made
a success for themselves and the education of their
children, who can also acquire their dual citizenship too.
